Construction Supervision
The Construction Supervision department assists and supervises works to guarantee the execution of a project according to the intended design, building by-laws and norms as well as communicating any changes when necessary. The team, which is made up of figures such as Construction Coordination Manager, Construction Supervisors and Site Inspectors, follows the process of the realization of works from the initial examination of the design project to the final test inspections.
In Open Project the group of technicians intensifies the relationships between the components through recurring meetings, mutual training, research and the development of tools for optimizing workflows. The Construction Supervision team, operating in synergy across all projects, develops common modus operandi and shared processes.
